The executive team and I are spending the next couple of weeks reading through all of your feedback. We’re assessing the areas where we’re strong and areas where we can use some improvement. Some of the themes that stand out already are X and Y. I’m proud of X and Y and encouraged by Z. It’s clear there is a lot to celebrate. Your feedback is already shedding light on some areas for improvement.

What's next?

We will be sharing these themes at our upcoming Town Hall on [DATE] followed by plans on how we will take action. This is a collective effort - every team will play a part in learning from this feedback and using it to improve how we work together and with our customers to make this an even better place to work.
