Pyn checks your integration on an hourly basis so we always have the most up-to-date information in our system.

Of course! Our implementation process includes getting your content set up so you’re ready to go when you connect your HRIS. If you’re moving systems, we will focus on content and when you stand up your new HRIS, we’ll help you start sending messages immediately. We’ve also worked with Pyn customers who switched HRIS systems as they were already sending daily messages. Our CS team will ensure that the switch won’t affect your employee communications.
No. Your employees will not need to download any software in order to receive messages or view information hosted on a Pyn webpage.
