Lindsey Caplan

Lindsey Caplan is a screenwriter turned organizational psychologist who helps HR and business leaders script their change efforts for the effect they want, via her consultancy, The Gathering Effect. Her expertise is in scripting employee experiences that help boost morale, engagement, and retention for the long term. She spent the last decade leading Learning and Organizational Development at successful Silicon Valley companies like Zendesk, Credit Karma, and Flexport and was also a founding team member and Lead Communication Strategist at Pyn.

Milan Lee

former EX Lead @ Rippling

Milan Lee is a visual designer-turned-people operator with 15 years of tech startup experience. She has had her hand in all things related to creating organizational health and flow, from employee events and communications to leadership training and coaching. Most recently, she helped build the People Programs and Operations at Rippling, scaling the company from 90-900 employees, pivoting from in-person to fully remote, all in just 2.5 years.

Kim Rohrer

Kim Rohrer is a passionate people person with over a decade of experience building inclusive, sustainable, values-based company cultures at tech companies and beyond. She is currently the Head of Employee Experience at Oyster, and is also the founder of and advisor to OrgOrg, a global community of over 3,500 people operations professionals. Kim believes fiercely in holistic support for working caregivers, and is proud to be a part of the movement to create change as a cofounder at TendLab. Her eclectic career has taken her from theater to tech, always with the common threads of community and care.

Nina Kontos

Head of EX @ Celonis

Nina has 20+ years of experience in communications and people operations, specifically in executive and internal communications, organization development and employee engagement. Nina believes that the work experience should feel fair, productive, and meaningful for all employees, regardless of identity, and invests in developing organization cultures that value excellent leadership, inclusivity, transparency, and creativity. Nina is currently Global Head of Employee Experience at Celonis, a Munich- and New York-based SaaS company. She's held senior leadership roles at Google, Gap, and Pinterest, and has also worked at Unilever, Altria Group and BCW (formerly Burson-Marsteller). Nina is a New Yorker, a mom, trilingual (almost), and a travel enthusiast.
