Promotion to manager — When an employee transitions into a people manager role, Pyn automatically enrolls them in your manager development program in Docebo. If they haven't completed the core modules by a set date, Pyn sends a reminder — and another if needed.

New hire onboarding — When a new hire is enrolled in Pyn, they're automatically added to the right onboarding learning path in Docebo based on their role or team. No manual enrollment, no waiting for someone to remember.

Compliance training — Open a compliance window in your HRIS and Pyn handles the rest: automatic enrollment in the relevant Docebo course, a timed reminder sequence, and follow-up messages for anyone who hasn't completed before the deadline.

Role-based learning — Any lifecycle event that should trigger learning can be connected to Docebo through Pyn. Team transfers, role changes, return from leave — the right course is assigned automatically, and completion is tracked from there.
