Why we built Pyn?
We’ve experienced first-hand how hard it is to scale HR support in large, distributed companies. Many in our Pyn team are former HR leaders or have built HR tech before.
We used the legacy onboarding tools. We ran the scattered enablement programs. We coordinated the endless communications calendars.
It left both our HR teams and the employees we served frustrated, and too many critical moments were missed.
