What the day looks like

Get oriented. Then get building.

The morning grounds you in what’s happening with AI in HR right now and what to think about before you build. The afternoon is hands‑on across three layers: tools, workflows, and vibe‑coded apps.

i.

Morning · AI in HR: where we are.

The state of AI in HR — what’s actually happening at companies right now. What to consider before you start: data, privacy, bias, build vs. buy. Setting your team up for success — skills, governance, picking a first project.

ii.

Afternoon · Layer 1 · Tools.

A tour of the AI tooling stack: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, Zapier. What each is good at, where they overlap, where they fall over. Hands‑on: configure your AI co‑pilot for a real HR task.

iii.

Afternoon · Layer 2 · Workflows.

What an AI workflow actually is — and the integration question. Walk through a real Pyn‑built HR workflow, end‑to‑end. Hands‑on: build one workflow that solves a real problem in your org.

iv.

Afternoon · Layer 3 · Vibe‑coded apps.

The shift from writing prompts to building products. Live demo: vibe‑coding a small HR tool from scratch. Hands‑on: pair up, vibe‑code a prototype, demo to the room.

What you leave with

Four tangible things in your hands by 5pm — a map, a point of view, a working co‑pilot, and something you built.

01

A clear‑eyed map.

A clear‑eyed map of the AI‑for‑HR landscape — what’s real, what’s vapour, what to ignore.

02

point of view.

A point of view on what to consider before you build — data, privacy, governance, build vs. buy.

03

A working co‑pilot.

A working AI co‑pilot, configured for your work — the same setup you walk back into the office with.

04

A workflow + a prototype.

A workflow and a prototype you built yourself — not slides, not screenshots. Real things, running.
